Poetry of Yoga Workshop

Project Director Vivé Griffith will lead this 6-week workshop, introducing participants to hatha yoga. Together the group will explore connections between poetry, breath, and the flow of yogic movement. All experience levels and body types are welcome.

Join us for a tour and discussion of the HRC’s exhibit, Arnold Newman: Masterclass. Post-World War II, Newman was formulating a new approach to portraiture, capturing iconic subjects like Pablo Picasso, Marilyn Monroe, and Mickey Mantle in their own environments. Through this trademark style, Newman created works of lasting cultural resonance.
