Saturday, April 20, 12-2 pm Harry Ransom Center, Corner of 21st and Guadalupe Join us for a tour and discussion of the HRC’s exhibit, Arnold Newman: Masterclass. Post-World War II, Newman was formulating a new approach to portraiture, capturing iconic subjects like Pablo Picasso, Marilyn Monroe, and Mickey Mantle in their own environments. Through this trademark style, Newman created works of lasting cultural resonance.
