Only 24 hours to show your support for Austin non-profits!

Amplify Austin is a community-wide day of online philanthropy with the goal of raising $1 million in 24-hours for nonprofits in Central Texas.

Beginning at 7pm on March 4, 2013, Central Texans will be encouraged to  donate to their charity of choice from a list of local nonprofits, including the DDCE’s Free Minds program! You can make your donations here on this page or hop onto the Amplify Austin website to select Free Minds from the list of participating organizations. Help us achieve our goal of raising $5,000 for the Free Minds Class of 2014!

Free Minds helps low-income adults jumpstart their college education through an innovative partnership between The University of Texas at Austin and Austin Community College. Your donation will go to support a program that is changing lives in our community through humanities education!
