Advisory Committee

Free Minds maintains a robust and committed Advisory Committee. The committee helps the program meet its strategic goals and fulfill its mission: Harnessing the power of the humanities to help motivated adults overcome social and economic limitations and connect to institutions of higher education.

The committee includes representatives from the academic and social service community, as well as professionals in fields such as government, communication, and business. Two Free Minds alumni will always sit on the committee.

Advisory Committee members commit to assisting Free Minds by providing Strategic Oversight, a Brain Trust, and Advocacy. The committee meets monthly, and members serve for two year terms, with the option to renew if desired.

We are always seeking new members; if you have a passion for our mission and expertise that may add value to our committee, please reach out to us at freeminds@foundcom.org.
